Traveling with the African Conservancy

Traveling with the African Conservancy is your opportunity to combine a vacation, an education and a contribution. We are committed to make your travel a journey of discovery and wonderment as we provide you with an intimate view of African wildlife, traditional cultures and the projects your support allows us to undertake.

Our tours are "immersion" tours planned to maximize your African experience and knowledge. With the African Conservancy you will explore Africa from the air, by 4x4, canoe, motor boat and on foot. Your will learn about African wildlife, ecology, geology and geography. You will hear the history and folklore of African tribes, seated around a campfire. Your will gain insight into traditional and contemporary African art, often directly from the artists. You will learn about life in Africa, in cities and towns, and in villages, big and small.

When you travel with the Conservancy, you will also have the opportunity to visit the sites of our programs and to experience first-hand the extraordinary impact your contributions have. You will be hosted by an anti-poaching unit for a presentation on its work and accomplishments; you will visit a classroom where our wildlife education programs are taught; you will tour coffee plantations, organic farming, and crafts co-operatives; and you will visit with local artists and tribal dignitaries

What we offer
We offer 14-day and 17-day flying safaris, starting in Zambia's capital city of Lusaka. Our tours are all-inclusive, covering all transportation in Zambia, accomodations, food and non-alcoholic drinks, and nature and cultural educational program.
