Insurance: We strongly recommend
you protect yourself with a short-term travelers insurance policy
to cover baggage loss, accident, medical emergencies, and trip
cancellation. Traveler's insurance information will be included
in your package for your convenience but does not constitute an
endorsement.
International Air Transportation:
Flights to Africa are not included in the tour price. The African
Conservancy will advise you as to the best port of entries based
on your itinerary. Upon receiving your deposit, if you desire,
the African Conservancy will also endeavor to arrange the best
air-fare available in the category you request. The airline tickets
issued by the airlines concerned shall constitute the sol contract
between these airlines and the passenger and/or tour members of
any of these tours. Should you cancel your trip or change air
reservations before or after departure, cancellation penalties
may apply.
Itinerary: The African Conservancy,
its Operators and its Agents are responsible for the tour itinerary
and reserve the right to change such itinerary to insure the safety
and comfort of all travelers, and the timeliness of the tour.
Africa Transportation: All
transportation in Africa is included in the tour price and is
the responsibility of the African Conservancy, its Operators and
Agents. We reserve the right to make any mode of transport changes
necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of travelers

quoted tour prices include accommodations based on double occupancy.
There is a supplemental fee for single occupancy. The African

to ensure the safety and timeliness of the tour.
Meals and Beverages: All meals,
snacks, and soft drinks, coffee, tea and drinkable water are included
in the tour price. Alcoholic beverages are included in most camps,

be advised in writing 30 days prior to departure. We will do our
best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee special dietary requirements
will be met at all camps/lodges.
Laundry: Laundry is available
in all camps and included in the tour price at some of the camps
but not all.

tours are mainly conducted by private chartered aircraft, baggage
shouldn't exceed 25 lbs / person. See our "What To Bring"

member's risk while on tour. We highly recommend baggage insurance
(see above).

smooth operation of the tour, the African Conservancy recommends
that all travelers be in good health, and reserves the right to
exclude passengers who are physically or mentally unfit for long
trips. Children must be 15 or older.

draws your attention to the fact that there are certain inherent
risks involved in adventure travel, and the client accepts them
at his/her own risk.

African Conservancy, its Directors, Trustees, Agents and Employees
give notice that they act only as agent for the owners, contractors
and suppliers providing means of transportation and/or all related
